ReginaldSMARTWho passed away on the 18th November 2024, surrounded by his loving family at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 89 years and of Prestatyn.
Beloved Husband of Jean. Dear Father of Joanne and Kathryn. Cherished Grandad of Jack, Ross, William and Alexander.
Reg will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, on Tuesday 10th December 2024, at 1:00pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if so desired, in memory of Reg will be gratefully accepted towards the Alzheimer's Society.
